Has anyone in the October 29 Layoff recieved their lump sum yet? Official last day would be November 29th.

My Severance was deposited.
@29p emailed a few days ago... "payments are usually issued 30-60 days after separation. As of right now, your severance payment is tentatively scheduled to be delivered on 01/02/2026."

Well today marks the 16th day after signing. No funds yet.
The folks that were eliminated in the big layoff last December received their lump-sum payments about two weeks later than they were told.
Signed my agreement on 12/1. Rumor is 15 days after you sign, that covers the signature recall period. So I would guess 12/17 ish for me.
This is a very bad sign. Is solventum hurting for cash flow right now? Debt payments are eating up profits. Sales are struggling without those sales reps that Bryan ignorantly fired.
Is Bryan paying off his new crony hires with bonuses and now is starved with cash? Is Heather telling the unwashed masses let them eat cake?
Not much you can do here. Threaten to sue and you lose severance. Wait and wait and get behind on payments. Looks like Dissolvementum is being a reality.
