Everything should be aligned. Even the portfolios - I am sure there are lots of current sales reps who can sell some laptops, but how many IT savvy people could sell MOS or digital services ?!?
After/during the layoffs. Fear quiets dissent.
Which plan would save Xerox money in the long run? Chances are they will change the other one to match that....
