Hard to say really. There are plenty that have good qualities, and many that start off well. Sadly, they are all crushed in short order by ridiculous expectations from upper leadership while being handcuffed by an HR department that is as powerful as it is incompetent. The good ones burn out and turn evil or leave pretty quickly. Have you seen more executive turnover anywhere? Street gangs have more stable leadership.
I’d nominate my manager, but I can’t name him here, since the mods don’t allow naming individuals unless they’re public-facing figures, like c-suites or BoD members.
