Positive news are scams and illegal market manipulation.

You forget, America is Crony-Capitalist. Executives NEVER get arrested. Some move into government, some company hop, some just retire quietly when their criminal money-Pig acts are discovered.
The executives of big corporations are the ones who own the country. The politicians and judges know that. No consequences for them, just big bonuses. Only naive first line employees who drink the kool aid don’t know that.

There is no law in US. Intel can steal technology, spread fake news, manipulate stock market, cheat, bully employees …… it is a free world for the Intel CEO and executives to do what they want, without punishment.
Intel look good to many other company to pick up cheap. He just wait until cheaper.
Not likely. The top management in each org need to be laid off. But since they are at the very top, no one is higher to layoff them. Those executives are the last ones to survive in Intel. They make laws and rip others off.
