I have been giving Sabre only what is necessary to keep my job. With so much stress and uncertainty, going above and beyond no longer seems worth it. The environment is unsustainable, and they will have to face the fallout, and sooner seems more likely than later.

That’s been one of Sabre’s issue over the decades. Rewarding the loudmouths who do the minimum.

Egocentric thinking of depressed folk. Y'all forgetting having a well paid job is a privilege many people do not have.
Just do like all the "I" people and have a side job during the same hours as your Sabre job..Do not redeem
@OP Survival is paramount. I understand and support your dedication; our leaders often frame this path as necessary. We are not failures for staying and believing this situation could be salvaged. Though the remaining assets are dwindling, something significant will inevitably happen as long as there are still things left to sell
