Grinnel and gray were useless. Could not get the SAP work done. They distracted the company on value streams. Jokes could not get a time system implemented.
This place is a mess.
How does it go? ROTFLMAO. “Digital” is so yesterday. DXC internals are anything but Digital. They didn’t even accomplish that. They should name him the ChIef Excel Information Officer since most of DXC systems feed Excel sheets they use to run the business. If Xponential came from DXC internal IT then it’s absolutely worthless. New meaning for Artificial Intelligence in DXC, definitely not aligned to the rest of the industry.
This role has now been downgraded for the fourth time. Grinell walked away. Gray was slapped on as a temporary patch and his peer Jukes wasn’t even considered. Then Novak was parachuted and Gray was shoved over to GIS. Novak clearly not worked out amd now somehow they’ve landed on Jukes as the grande finale. Out of four bad options, they’ve again managed to land on the worst one.
Whats a Chief digitial officer?
Isnt the whole of Tech digitial, it cant be analog.
Its like making a chief dishwasher role, and paying them a million, bit of a joke, again no targets or outcomes to measure them by.
