GN&T did their usual shuffle of ADs and SDs after the RIF. For those that are unfamiliar, once a year or once every few years, they shuffle ADs and SDs from one department that they’re unqualified to lead to another where they’re typically even less qualified. It’s one of the many brilliant strategies that have allowed the competition to catch up or even surpass VZ

Finance does the same thing. And somehow leadership that has been around decades and known for mismanagement gets a new gig for which they had no previous experience at all.
Bunch of jokers, town full of clowns
If you don’t like your current org structure, give it a month or two. We are due for another reorg. Every 6 to 9 months whether we need it or not. This is not focus on the customer. This is focus of who can move up the ladder.
To paraphrase Robin Williams: ADs, SDs and diapers should be changed often, and for the same reason
It’s surprising how few ADs got RIFd when you consider who they did RIF
This is the trend. Since when has a GN&T re-org produced amazing results? The last 4 re-orgs, within the last 4 years, have been done to "better align the company, the employees, and our goals". If you are better re-aligning, why do we need to repeat the process every damn year? You should have re-aligned correctly the first time!! Your realignments are a complete joke, a waste of time, and a distraction from you not knowing how to be successful and impactful. Lets busy our self with realignments, to make it LOOK like we know how to lead....when we really don't!
Glad I'm done with this sh-t show!
Good luck to those who remain in the circus under the "leadership" of a bunch of clowns!
I heard this is happening in Alpharetta.
2 year rotation
In the past, it would require a relocation, like from NJ to IL, to get the job
It is becoming more frequent these days..,..what a sh-t show
