Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Oklahoma AG joins lawsuit against State Farm

State Farm has been found out again! They knew exactly what they were doing and just got caught! Sounds like they just tried to buy people off but it was basically too big for them to hide anymore. If the states AG and Departments of Insurances knew half of what State Farm has been doing over the last decade, most of the Exec would be in jail and they would shut this place down. Sh-t hole and scam! They treat their employees like they treat customers!

I am going to defend our claims people here. They work their a$$ off and most of them really try and take care of people. They don’t try and take advantage or sc--w people over. Stop sh-----g on good people in these posts.

Every single state needs to follow. The CEO brags about having 150 billion in surplus while giving himself a 20 million dollar bonus. Meanwhile policy holders get the shaft. The only way to fix the corruption is to decimate that reserve fund. Give that back to the policy holders. Every AG needs to join in.

State Farm is a dishonest company, no doubt about that. You could probably say that about all insurance companies to a degree, but State Farm is definitely the leader in corruption, veiled by their mutual status and lack of accountability. It's too bad their board is made up of people who won't challenge the lack of integrity across their leadership. I know a lot of people whining on here are from Claims, but the unethical culture permeates other departments as well, including ET and InfoSec.
