Could CEO pivot

With the plan of divesture and consolidation and rationalisation etc, will the new CEO just continue along this path ?

Could the CEO change course again ?

@dr Bell and Duggan will stay. Everyone else is expendable and replaceable.

@dr The tidying we are seeing does suggest the new CEO has been selected... or the company is being prepared for acquisition. It is typical to trim down the org if there will be functional overlap with the new owner - marketing is always the first to go.

The new CEO has clearly already been decided and clearly Canadian. They're the one leading the charge on cutting all the dead wood from the EVP level but doesn't get their hands dirty. Look at how the current structure sits...

Berry = Product
Cione = Revenue
Bell = Infrastructure/Facilities/Cost Cutting

Everyone else is expendable and replaceable.

If we have a good Q2, the board may just keep James M.

As long as they can find a CEO.

No. The board has made the decisions and won’t hire someone to go against that. If so they’ll fire him
