Can somebody name one thing that improved since the last reorg that cost so many people their jobs?

Yeah... and how is the business doing exactly? I’m starting to think Mark and Tom Jenkins both missed the second half of business school. It's all about running a company /successfully/, not running a company /into the ground/.
