No difference between SP and EP really. Got EP this year and received same number of shares, bonus is an extra 1k and pay increase extra 1 %. Cr-p!

The whole process is a scam since bonus numbers are determined before the annual self-assessment is done. Quarterly self assessments are a complete waste of time.

& you received shares- that is biggest scam of all as only being given to the pets. So quit complaining.
At least got pay increase. But COLA should be standard, given inflation is 4%
