Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

The business world

Wow, the business world has made AT&T C-suite and BOD look like a bunch of imbeciles. Buying assets above market price only to sell those same assets for pennies on the dollar. Can they really be that inept? T CEO Stankey and Stephenson are notorious for getting "hoodwinked" and beat out of billions. It almost rises to the level of a conspiracy, other companies raiding the AT&T coffers. How these guys can even show their faces in public is beyond me.

“It almost rises to the level of a conspiracy”

Because it is. They’re intentionally running us into the abyss to break up & sell piece parts while launching their platinum parachutes.

Some people just don’t have vision. For $28million you must be able to judge market trends and not bet wrong with $100b. About as bad is it gets!

I suspect they are being compensated personally on the back end by the buyers of the assets and sticking the stockholders with the loss. The Feds should look into it. A hot dog vendor would make better business decisions. There has to be corruption afoot.

Warner bros

ATT Paid 108 B for Warner
4 years later Sold it for 40B

Then 3 years later it’s sold again for 80B

4 years and we devalued the company by almost 70B!!!!! Only for the person who paid us nothing for it to resell it only 3 years later at a 100% profit.

This is so bad it’s almost unbelievable
