Which do people start to get shares automatically? Is it level7?

What shares are we talking about…C shares, I shares, P shares or other. Bottom feeders advise!
You can get it for level 5 or 6 as well.perf based not auto shares.
agreed. stop making excuses. if you don’t get good perf ratings you’re just lazy.
At grade 7 there is around a 65% Participation rate. If you are not getting shares it’s not because someone is close to HR or an a-s kisser it’s because you are bottom 35%. Stop making excuses and do better.
There’s no guarantee you will get shares if you are a L7.
No. But it’s clear that those who align themselves closely with HR—and are willing to kiss the ring—receive these benefits far more consistently than the rest of the team.
