This meeting was unnecessary. Nothing new learned to prepare employees for what’s to come.

He loves coffee in the morning though!! He sips gleefully while talking about ruining people’s lives.
If he wants to give customer service front lines ability to not follow a script he's going to need to onshore customer service. That is not an Indian cultural thing.
