What is Dan even talking about in this all hands?? He seems so unprepared and is just talking in circles... he hasn't said one useful thing and is just patting the useless execs on their backs.

@OP I can respect his honesty, Verizon has been letting everyone go yearly so he acknowledged it. This is a layoff but we just lose people yearly so just call the spade the spade. We do not have the money and so we are shedding people now because we are in the hole. The old strategy was horrible and we can only carry a few because we are doing bad. He didn’t give fake positivity and he hammered that the customer first strategy needs to happen and not shoving new products. He is allowing sales to be sales and service to be service. He even acknowledged that we are at the bottom of the field. I am willing to see how this works out. My heart goes to the people that lost their job and I pray they find a job that is not with a struggling company because Verizon will struggle for a while if they go back to customers first then they can come back
