Gartner had a mass layoff in TA end of September (not performance based) and now I see Gartner is advertising jobs on LinkedIn for recruiters. How can they layoff staff, then post same job less than 3 months later?

@za only way is stop doing your job or do it bad🤣 I mean the way things are going here I am sure they will happily add you to a list next year! I do agree its absolutely miserable here, its not the same. All these people making so money but absolutely clueless.
How do I get put on a plan for success? I want to be fired so badly, I hate working here and the people here are so conceited.
