Pretty sure "managers" outnumber the employees considering I found over 2,000 that have no direct reports. Is Wells running a laundry??

I thought they were all vice presidents. It seems like everybody has vice president attached to their title now.
Why can't we have leaders instead of managers? Leaders inspire, leaders cause good things to happen, leaders create great morale. Managers on the other hand.....think of them as an accounting clerk with attitude....sorta like the cats-eye glasses lady at the Dept. of Motor Vehicles telling you, "you filled out your form wrong, do it over and get to the back of the line!"
Since none of them can effectively manage, you get more managers and hope something good happens. But it never does.
You can't pull all titles with manager in them. There are some IC roles that have manager in the title.
