I got let go last month and it still feels unreal. All the mistakes are made at the top, but it’s us who always get hit. Meanwhile, senior management keeps doing their thing and takes zero responsibility. Hard work counts for nothing until they need someone else to blame.

I was let go in November also. What my teammates don't know is they are also going to be let go as the work get offshored. I know one of them is not the next list, probably for next week.
I was let go last month and replaced by four people. I guess I should be perversely proud of this...
I was let go last month along with my manager. I know I'll be replaced by the India workforce. All these RIFS go unnoticed because hundreds of remote people are let go every couple weeks and it does't trigger a WARN notice. Meanwhile you can offshore the jobs all day long and not report it to the government.
Laying off people in 4Q in order to meet 4Q financial expectations is beyond the pale.
We don’t have leaders here. Just endless kiss as--s who play follow the leader right off the cliff. Indian leaders replacing whole US teams in mass. This place is through. It’s completely out of control and there is no turning the ship around.
