Locations hit unfairly

The more I hear who got riffed the more it seems some locations took a much bigger hit…like Tulsa. Feel sorry for those that work there as they must be wondering what’s next

BS post. Tulsa didn’t get hit any worse than other locations.

@OP Same here — extremely unfair. Even on the West Coast GNT side, many decisions came down to favoritism and a ‘boys-club’ culture. Some individuals were kept not because of performance but because of internal politics. There really should be a review of these decisions, especially cases where the same role was cut and then refilled. A company this large needs leadership that promotes fairness and accountability, not personal biases.

We could have lost a few more ADs. We lost some talented people that will be hard to replace.

I think the company was as many people in the three locations - Basking Ridge, Irving, New York. My feeling is that if you are not located in one of these campuses, you are more likely to get laid off.

I was one of the ones from Tulsa, and yes we got hit pretty hard here. Stunned on the people who got let go. The morale is low and everyone is nervous that still remains.

It's not really about fair or unfair.
