I was in a 2 months non-working notice, and my last day was October 28. I read previous posts and some indicated they had received their prorated bonus on final paycheck. My last paycheck did not have any bonus. Any suggestions on how to escalate this with the HR? My former manager is non responsive. Thanks!

if you are displaced and still an employee Sept 30 or later, you will get bonus when everybody else does. it won’t be prorated, but it will be reduced if you had less than meets rating.
@a6
I was given my full bonus at the beginning of this year as part of my final pre-severance paycheck.
Key word is ‘eligible,’ does not mean you will get one.
You won't get bonus until everyone else does
They don’t have to give you a penny! Optional.
anyone employed as of Sept 30 is bonus eligible assuming your role is bonus eligible, including people on notice period as you are still an employee while on notice period.
LOL! Escalate what??
Nobody HAS to give you a bonus.
Hilarious
Sorry about that but here is the bloody truth: The reason they do layoff before bonus day is to save the bonus. ….
Bonus pool numbers are just being discussed now. Nothing has been determined yet. No way someone was paid out already. You will get a prorated bonus in February with the rest of us.
bonuses aren't finalized yet. if your old group decides to give you one you'll get it in February like the rest of us. all you'll get after your official termination date is any unused PTO and the week of pay since we are always one week behind.
