The same AI that tells VZ’s chat agents to compliment customers in inappropriate ways?
Same AI built into the billing system that can’t pull up an equipment guide page when you type in a device model?
The one that can’t generate a trip in trip planner because the customer didn’t put a period in St. Barts?
