I will start. What do you want to know/hear? Engine? CIP? Next cull?

Let me be direct. Many of you never finished school, and it shows—you’re still stumbling around in blindsight, refusing to accept that there are sharper minds out there. You’re not just competing with the person next to you; you’re up against the world’s largest low-cost talent pools in Southeast Asia and South America. If your work doesn’t involve a manual tool, then your job is already on the chopping block. Even those hands on jobs will be on the board in near future. Take an example of drone inspection.
The truth is, you didn’t get here on merit—you survived because someone was holding your hand. Take a hard look at the Global Shared Services model: it proves that the work you cling to can be done from anywhere in the world, often faster and cheaper. Pretending otherwise isn’t resilience; it’s denial. Live in reality my friends.
@b3 mid 2027 at the latest is my guess.
@e3 do tell!
At least we now know how great our management is. That seemed to be the only message today
@ar I guess if they're planning a ton of layoffs for the last two weeks of the year
Q.ABU MR were out of scope for the 2025 re-org. Which month in 2026 are 50% of ABU MR expected to be laid off and replaced by Indian ENGINE personnel?
Everyone please don’t attend any ABU Townhalls, in person or online, we are all:
Tired of Leadership excuses and dodging key issues, providing valuable updates!
Sick of BS buzz words with no value!
Discontent of planted questions and leadership answers!
Ignoring the elephant in the room!
How long before all the geos and engineers in the US get replaced by workers in India? How much time we have left?
@a2 you have to be dreaming...original thought from this management.... not possible
We all want to know if there are more layoffs this year. Will someone ask?
An original thought would be nice.
Some form of strategic direction would be the icing on the cake.
