Chargebacks occurring in.December won't count until January. Hope that helps a bit. Jan quotas should include that factor and be lowered by an add or more to reflect this seasonality.
No reason for them to give obtainable quotas. The higher ups make money off of our sales either way and they get the set the goal line for our measly commission checks. It's gross and borderline criminal. This isn't the sales job for people who want to make money. Not to mention we get told to avoid sales that don't include metrics that make our store managers look good on leaderboard.
