Just here to say I attended a meeting this week and was informed that 1-2 bottom performing call centers are on the chopping block. To avoid the dreaded “layoff” word they are just saying leases “might not” be renewed if performance does pick up very soon.
What a good company. Who cares about our customers, and data center employees are just a game to play with customers.
