Another article about CVS fraud. Paying out millions in a lawsuit AGAIN. When does it stop? As an employee, I want a ridiculously large bonus and raise in 2026. They shove fraud and abuse classes down our throats in the learning center yet here we are once again having to deal with the repercussions of this company being fraudulent. Somebody is not taking these classes. It's affecting our stock and I'm sure the bottom line numbers.

I guess you get the pharmacy you deserve. Did you get your flu shot yet?
Nobody cares until it happens to them. You want a large bonus?! I guess you don't give a f--k about all of the people that have been laid off over the last 5+ years, we we're all hard-working employees who believe the lies of just hang in there and it's going to get better. We used to get somewhat decent bonuses. Welcome to the club. Not getting a bonus, just pray you're not losing your job soon.
Who cares! As long as I'm getting my $4 coupon emailed to me every week.
Over 37 million for the insulin lawsuit. How are these lawsuits not affecting CVS more?
It’s not that simple. Pts want one or two pens out of a box of five and want best dating (better than company standards). All of a sudden you have a fridge full of Lantus pens with mismatched lots and expirations that you can’t put back into a box. So some genius came up with “full box only dispensing” and they probably also billed it to one month because patients complained about copays. You expand that nationwide and you get a lawsuit. Just let the pharmacy do its job bill accurately tell the pt to shove off when they complain, district managers need to support - that’s key.
Which one? There are 2 in the past week. The insulin one and the Medicaid one?
FWA everywhere.
