Anyone find anything interesting in the OWBPA document for their groups in the severance portal? I was surprised to see how many people in my group were affected and the band levels

It seems like they let go a token number of younger people just so they don’t get sued. Otherwise, 75% of those let go are over 50.
@OP The disclosure is required by law, otherwise it wouldn't be included.
@OP yes, I counted roughly 20 people from my team were laid off. That’s a pretty huge number given that we are not a big team to begin with.
