WARN only applies if 1/3 of the work force was impacted in a single location (it wasn't ) or if 250 employees from a single location were impacted (unlikely, but if that happened it would apply).

There might be a few stores that fall into this, but overall most people are not going to get anything. If you do fit the criteria then they have an online portal to report it. You will get backpay but its not going to be everyone in NY.

Being upset because you were fired doesn't mean anyone broke the law. When I get the boot I'm going to think "I should look for another job" (although at my age maybe I'll retire) and not "how do I get the people I'm mad at in trouble for imagined crimes".
