Anyone else see that they are trying to pay you less than the 2 weeks per year of service? They are doing one week with me in my paper.

Note that with WARN, depending on your state you may be getting an additional 1 week per year of service. If they are giving you 2 weeks/year, but you're also eligible for WARN, your severance agreement will only reflect 1 week/year because the other week is paid out separately through WARN regardless of whether you sign the severance.
It has always capped at 35 years, nothing new.
