Took the VSP and now going to the next phase in my life. Oxy has been really good to work for and I appreciate being able to leave on my own terms with the help of the VSP. I wish all those that are taking the VSP well on this new journey in life, and I will be pulling for all those still working at Oxy. Good luck to all and I hope you and your families are all blessed. Yes, I am another one who took the VSP. It was definitely a "bittersweet" decision, and it took me the entire two weeks to make my decision. My seven years with OXY have been the most rewarding of my career. I have worked for half a dozen or so international oil & gas companies. OXY is hands-down the best place I have worked. I too will be "rooting" for all of my co-workers much success in the future. OXY has definitely been good to me!
