@xs This is DXC calling. We appreciate what you did… three years ago. Now please vacate our premises before your lingering presence becomes a cautionary tale for our potential new hires about how we damage our employees.
Oh stop , you are all cry babies. Do your job as your paid a salary! Don't like working here then leave if you can find something better.
I am NOT management. and only had two pay increases in 14 years, but I was a professional and did my job before I left for a better position. Now 3 years away and 3 cost of living increases!
@ht UK is the easiest country in Europe for firing staff.
DXC have a LOT of long term employees hoping for a massive redundancy payout. One week for every year worked in the U.K. is why people are hanging around.
@dd Start a diet: no carbs, no sugar and no feeding the troll.
I doubt it, but honestly, who cares if they do? There’s not much they can actually pull off here. Shill posts are always easy to spot and skip, and if they try to discredit someone’s post, it would probably backfire - it would just draw more attention to the very post they were trying to bury.
One of the oldest rules on the internet goes: don't feed the trolls. It goes without saying.
Please make sure you diligently log every precious second of your day into all 4 time tracking systems. Wouldn’t want any of you to feel left out.
Yes, we are all doing good as a company. Keep up the good work.
It feels like management relishes hearing how much staff are struggling. Mental health issues are rising, and instead of concern, there’s a strange detachment. People say they hate it here, yet we’re all still showing up, and leadership gets tidy reports insisting everything’s fine. With AI taking over and staff logged in ridiculous hours—even on weekends—the message seems to be we're doing a great job carry on as we are.
