lmao, "they're not stealing anything" guessing Cisco just paid their employees for the time they earned, oops sorry not paid, just gave them money for the hours they accrued just because they had so much cash they needed to give it away.... let me guess, intern watching social media posts?

Wasn't this covered somewhere else already? They're not stealing anything. Your time stops accruing and any time you take off comes from that original pool of vacation. Once that is gone you are in the 'unlimited' mode.
