Allstate treats people like disposable parts

They act like loyalty is optional and cost cutting is the only strategy. It’s demoralizing to know someone cheaper is always lining up for your job.

Bozo. There is no such thing as quarterly bonus and D are not eligible for any bonus amount. Learn org structure and compensation plans.

Yup, su-ks having to compete with a vendor that pays their employees 1/5 what you make. Doesn't matter that quality is 1/2 yours, and communication skills are 5% yours. Shedding costs at any cost so the D-level and up get those quarterly bonuses.
