What a scam!
This “award” is basically the bargain-bin special. This operation is run by two guys in Spain who hand out "European Award" trophies to anyone willing to chip in a participation fee. This is a low-budget comedy sketch with invoices attached. DXC might as well have just bought a medal on Amazon and presented it to itself, it would have been more cost effective.
