When was Toast’s current hybrid work policy for North America first introduced? The one with different requirements for on-time work for employees living within 25 miles from an office location. Also, is this policy actually enforced for those employees?

Introduced in 2024 and yes/no (depends on your title/position) - I know several my old coworkers were forced to drive to the office. They use to give stipends for travel (train/parking) but they did away with that as well.
