Newer MBA here wondering when we will know our spring headcount’s and budgets for Q1 ? And any information anyone could share would be appreciated

Mid January after weeks and weeks of hearing "we are working on it". If you have open jobs, fill them now. You will likely lose headcount in the spring unless you are a F50 or N75 door.
