Anyone one hearing anything? My manager said it was looking much better so I’m optimistic. Heard that from another area as well

Last year was "beyond bad" yet the year before people complained about what they got - its amazing that people forget the basic rule of the AIP - "it is at the discretion of the company who can change it or end it with no explanation at any time for any reason" - you get what you get or you get nothing. Have gotten over 20K and and also 500 in the same role in the same position. Its called a bonus - not an "I owe you" - be happy you haven't been canned - for now - this place used to be about associates -it is no longer and likely will never be again -greed greed
This is a ridiculous post on a layoff site,
I remember a year when I got $150.00, I also remember a year when it was 400%. Don't ever count your chickens before they are hatched.
Take my advice. Don't spend a dime until you see what hits your checking account. Don't plan any large purchases or vacations because it will just lead to disappointment come March 2026.
It will not be better… she will make all the promised money.. but no one else..
It will be better than last year (I've heard from a senior leader)...But last years was beyond bad. So even a small increase would qualify as "better". Long story short, dont get your hopes up. All health care companies still will say they "struggled" this year due to Medicare readjustments, etc.
