How is the UM Centralization project going? Any Thoughts from the nurses and UMACs doing the work?

Sounds like this is upper management trying to get inside info... well, there is no pulse, you've ki-led everyone. Everyone is waiting for a new job outside of the company bc its going to fail. I got out of that dumpster fire.. there is hope!
This is what happens when you promote people that have no leadership skills. Not going to name names however if you’ve been around a while, you know who these people are. Whenever you see someone promoted to Director without direct reports for several years, reporting to someone that has been promoted to AVP or VP without merit, you should know it’s going to be a disaster. These so called brilliant ideas obviously were not presented to the people actually doing the work.
Well when you have an id--t running the circus what do you expect? It’s a mess.
@mj - good response lol! I'm not UM but I'm dealing with lots of unhappy members who have denied autos and I recall seeing posts from UM CMs stating they knew it'd be a disaster, and they called it out right, that's for sure! Hang in there UM peeps!
