@a5 Isn’t it federal law that if a state doesn’t have a specific WARN act that they have to follow the 60 day rule? We in Virginia got 30 day notices.
@OP are you in R2B? The same thing happened to me and my locations are still opened and got laid off.
@a4 all our reps that were termed were told 12/19 is their last day. They already sent severance packages out 1pm est today
I heard date of departure is in February, the ones let go should be cheery high performing reps for next 3 months.
Either part time (can apply for full time openings) or bottom 10% in the company.
Pt reps were axed
