His race doesn't matter. No one actually cares about that stuff in the business world. It's all theater for the left. Whatever gets your money.
DEI is why some of these companies are tanking. Target for example. All these policies do not work.
This isn't what sunk Xerox of course, but it certainly didn't help either regarding UB.

CB now probably thinks he is some messiah to rescue the dire financial situation but he’s being set up so when the decline continues it will be on him … I mean LEX have lost millions over the last couple of years under his apparent financial expertise. Why does anyone think he will suddenly be good? 🤣🤣🤣
