@f8 Pretty sure this is what she did. Fled to Singapore to escape jail time probably.
Stock options and awards vest in March, I'd imagine this is the reason for her selling in March. I sell all of mine the second they vest (March 1st usually).
Her leaving was certainly abrupt though. I heard it was performance related but who knows
She was asked to leave as she did not meet her promised deliverables.
Maybe that is why she fled to Singpore and out of the United States.
Stock prices typically go up AFTER layoffs.
Using just that information would you have been able to predict anything? Those types of stock selling are often on a schedule and only sometime correlate to actual events.
In fact - if they aren't on a schedule and they happen before large events the person doing the selling can get in a ton of trouble.
