The town hall today has been disgraceful as to how things discussed. Zero respect for people who have lost jobs and no clarity for employees. So so poor. A lot of shiny slides but no compassion for colleagues

@34m tech history is full of women who are setup to take the fall in companies that are failing, flailing, teetering or halfway down the drain already. That's what I see here.
Rachel Barger fired, Jen Morgan admits on town hall they reason things are so bad is they got rid of too many Ultimate Software employees - NO SH*T!!
@34m the real problem is that UKG is owned by a private equity firm who only cares about profits
@3re yes, it’s in Bigquery. People’s conversation, badge records are all there.
It's DEI hire. And the email scan proxy site. Aron is the boardmember. All your emails are monitored, including your badge checking. I know it and have a proof. Anyone is interested, I can send you the screenshot.
@34m I wouldn’t call it DEI hires if they are all middle age, white women. And they change c-suit faster than I change my oil. Chief of communication just announcing leaving after joining for one year.
It has been a clown show since Kronos led the turnover. Aron allowed the DEI gang full control and his replacement was weak and without any strategy. All the talent left and its being run by a bunch of women who will run it completely into the ground.
I know someone who went on PTO (to another country) and HR called them to layoff them so they don’t come back to work after vacation (during unannounced mass layoff two weeks ago).
This is the current state of UKG.
@na is this in the work or just speculation?
UKG is awaiting a buyout, leaving the future of its employees uncertain and cause for concern. The only thing valuable is probably their clients, the technology, not so much.
UKG has lost the sparks. Too many talented, knowledgeable people got laidoff.
They ki-led the heart and soul of Kronos and Ultimate. Two amazing companies turned into a cold, superficial and mediocre company. They’ve achieved the impossible.
