@bs 1000 percent spot on
@bc agree 100%! This AD was so engaged, had knowledge of everything and was everyone’s go to! Just such a shame, and the politics that previously were set in place title wise-to keep someone in place and employed on ML team is shameful and a joke. How JG,AL and ML can look in the mirror and be ok with this decision is a mystery! You used this guy and karma is a b%%ch!
@aj Yup, same one and yup it is absolutely shameful. I cannot speak about the playoffs in other departments and I don't want to say too much to dox myself or this person but Verizon really missed the mark by including this AD in this layoff. I am not privy to behind the scene of how they determined this AD was the one to go but dang, they really missed the mark on this one. I cannot even begin to try to imagine that the ones that were not impacted are better than the one that they decided to let go. That's how good of an AD this one was.
@ad I think we are talking about the same one- Phila area. Absolutely shameful!
@a4 PNW too
@a5+1kagy56vz same about the area manager in the east. One of the best out there. None of this makes any sense.
Jg org- supply chain- let go one of the best AD in his organization. Will never understand how they made this decision,
As this AD was above and beyond some of the other AD’s that were not impacted.
Florida Supply Chain Analyst hone and i heard the same for MTPL
@a2 following
RIFs under John Green, not sure of total headcount impacted.
A area Supply Chain Services manager in the east was given their notice.
