Call quality is going to be cr-p. Give it a month or two there’s be outages that nobody will know how to fix.
Our daughter, who is well liked productive person, got let go after 17 years. The other day, she told us that there will be more 3/2026! I told her, If her job was saved, she might be sick from the worry by the time 3+months pass. She will know at 1PM what the severance package is. Since we are in NJ, she was told she gets kept on for 90 days. 2/16/2025.
@OP it's never over... been here a long time and ever since 2016 it hasnt ended. When I started in 2011 we had 220000 empoyees, after today we will have about 80,000.
It is the culture here, contstant fear of unemployment, only the lucky survive.

It's not over!!! This is phase 1.... Reorg comes after with multiple teams merging!.. ..overlapping roles will get identified next..expect some cuts although smaller around feb- marc timeframe....then back to the usual cleansing operations...twice a year, specially October
@a3 I dont know how many will be cut today, but the next round will be far more than 2-3k.
Consider frontier has 15k employees. Way more than 2-3k roles will be made redundant when they integrate.
