Meta, NVIDIA, Oracle, Apple, Netflix, heck, even Zscaler offer signing bonuses. Lots of options still.

This is an employer's market, there aren't likely to be any "signing bonuses" unless you are top 0.1% talent, and those are poached. We won't see signing bonuses again til the market improves back into an employee's market and they need them to convince people to join.

Ok. But are 120000 going to leave? Jassh0le will terminate 30000 next year, rinse and repeat. That leaves 90000 that are not forced out that need to leave.

Who is paying signing bonuses? The job market is tight. You can expect a pay cut and no signing bonus IF you are lucky enough to find a new job. It is an employers market again.
