A manager asked me if I would be interested in management. lol! What a joke. I’m a rental agent. I make more money than operations managers, sales managers, senior operations mangers, GMs and I didn’t even go to college.
You have to be extra special to take a pay cut to work those ate hours and around the clock to make half the pay.
Plus I get paid weekly. Don’t be stupid ig you’re approached. It’s all lies.
Yeah, I wouldn't walk away... Hertz sells you a dream then promotes you and then rugpulls you when you are at your weakest. I would advise caution.
Depending on the location and and seniority level if its a unionized location some reps can make mid 6 figures with little to no stress! I had a rental agent who was with the company for over 40 years! That put them in the top pay bracket then since they were #1 in seniority they picked the bnest shift and was always #1 person called for OT and they never said no. If they worked on their 7th day they got paid 2x!
For those of you saying they are d-mb, the rental agents can make more than the managers. Maybe not GM level but a good quality agent makes great money
