Tom Brady told us we were the best in the business a year ago. Was that fake news? Since then we’ve done meaningful pulse surveys, volunteering, moments that matter such as endless reorgs, had a successful RTO rollout, and photo shoots. We bring our whole selves to work and take guilt free vacations. Our customers love us. And we’re going to win the holidays with our great products and services. Don’t tell me we’ve been lied to!

@ap I soooo much want to tell OP that tho these are the times they try men’s souls, Verizon prepared us for this very moment with the repetition of the mantra, “Change Consumes Us! “. I mean how many companies give such sweet parting gifts and it’s not even from Monty Hall?
...and none of these actors fixed the problem with customer's leaving. Why, because people know the network is worse than it was. Why do we spend millions on garbage like this? If you are lower than a band 5, you are held accountable for messing up. The higher bands can make multi-million dollar mistakes and they are still around. There is a definite them vs us reality here. It's nauseating.
@an or used it toward salaries which it would pay a bit more people for a few tears
If sincere post, then OP is adorable.
Tom Brady, Pete Davidson, Kevin Hart, etc.. are all worth millions and yet they will say whatever you want them to as long as you put dead presidents in front of them. Imagine if the company spent that money on network improvements, maintenance and coverage?
who's paying you to praise management in all the pulse surveys?
$500k for that brief appearance....and $30 million for the Beyonce Superbowl commercial ..and various others. None of these type expenditures move the needle on customer service, churn or growth for that matter
Tom Brady said what he was paid to say, as is every person who spouts the nonsense that this is a great place to work and that VZ is doing great. VZ is a shadow of what it used to be.
