Northern needs to take a hard look as to why they keep so many employees in chicago… major expense reduction can be realized by moving those administrative jobs to lower cost locations

Why fool with moving the hq when it’s just going to be bought out this year anyway???
That was supposed to be the point of the Tempe office when they opened it ten years ago, but employee retention there has been terrible, and all the people they transferred there have since left. The focus now is really about eliminating the requirement to have these admin jobs at all. Automation is the new relocation.
