Can we take bets on how many demos break down or how many lies the director of quality will tell?

dare to grow-means dare to grow .......3% profits. AKA. fire high priced resources. no one cares about our value. People are are most important asset.-becky can't spell asset. because she is a greedy a-s. run and run fast
If I had a nickel for every meaningless and self promoting post or repost about auto fair from
Lame a-s middle managers who have no monuments of success except su-king up, I’d have enough to fund some real innovative development at the company. Oh wait, I’d need some leadership who knows something. -Blake
I remember when I worked there. And then retired. Performance shares when I worked there 2x. After I left. 0.5x. Thanks Cyril, Blake, Bob ,Becky and Tessa. You managed 9000 departures. 1% organic growth in 2025. You get 2.5% in price each year. Shrinking.
Great crowd. Met with some customers and most distributors. Good!
As far as the show— Simply not enough substance, innovation, and clarity. Too much emphasis on products from failed acquisitions not enough emohais on core products.
The purpose and strategic intent the end goal if these shows is not clear anymore.
@qz the beatings will continue until the morale improves. Lean over and get red faced. Blake has erroneously fired some of the best people because they spoke truth to ignorant power (BECKY and blake)
It's Rockwell and all their sycophantic friends. Now that they charge, it insures NO potential new customers. Go to SPS or Automate and see the real breadth of automation suppliers. Blake is so stupid, he showcased his central moneymaker of logic in 3 low attended Kiosks while he distracted you with low adoption sh-tshow Otto and Plex. Well done Blake. Be gone
OMG-I was there Tuesday. Good crowd. But the messaging was a disaster and the "leadership" presentations are a master class in meaningless word salad led by the meaningless leader BLAKE. 1% YoY sales growth. Crushing it. Stock price is all dum--ss investor speculation. Tessa looks like next in line. DARE TO GROW!!! My advice, if you are young and aspirational-run.
Forced enthusiasm and "fun". Unauthentic. Too scripted. Lack of in depth expertise in most discussions. Buzzwords after buzzwords. Fun travel and dinners on companys dime.
Automation Fair shows how much Rockwell emphasizes marketing over an actual understanding of customer requirements and solutions oriented towards them. There is a real disconnect between Rockwell and their customers. Rockwell marketing tries to keep Rockwell relevant by using buzzwords and claiming success and innovation. The reality of those successes most often fail to come remotely close to the buzz they try to create with them and create no meaningful impact to Rockwell's financials. ControlLogix was introduced last century. What have they really done since then outside of failed acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures? Reorg after reorg after reorg has shown little impact to their financials as well, showing that Rockwell succeeds despite themselves driven primarily by their strong distribution network that actually does the work. How long can that last? Time will tell.
@jy this AF is characterized definitely the lack of indepth technical discussions. No actionable clarity. Many buzzwords, word salads scripts, vapourware, chatGPT /AI Generated scripts lacking context and application. Scripted and unauthentic speeches.

@0P seems like you know the director personally. Not saying I disagree.
Why did OP censor bo-m
How many meetings will there be with unhappy customers this week? Imagine how p!ssed they'll be when they figure out RA is just telling them what they want to hear to get a sale today. Customers should be saying to themselves, 'burn me once shame you, burn me twice shame on me'.
