Are there any groups created on other platforms by IBMers who have been RAed or in process for support , networking for future roles ,severance negotiation through attorneys etc .

Lawyers will knock at the door, to get rich from a class action lawsuit for targeted ageism and discrimination.
what's there to negotiate? sign and get your money and don't ever come back they will complain not enough people at your site and replace you in India.
