Is anyone else thinking of finding a better opportunity else where if your still at Target?

The business plan is to employ the exact same AI assistant that Walmart did 18 months ago… sounds familiar. All we have been doing since Brian came in is copying Amazon or Walmart long after the juice was squeezed.
The flip side is the job market in the Twin Cities is brutal and the vast majority of the recent 3M, Medtronic, Target, and UHG layoffs were people in office at HQ and not remote.
Honestly, the way target workers support having toddlers at home and fight every aspect of hybrid employment, a profitable company would be hard pressed to hire them.
If a ship is sinking, the people running the ship in all aspects are somehow failing.
Work-life balance is there, but not the extent that Target employees took advantage of it.
